Session Policies
What to know before your session.
Your Safety Matters. Please listen to your body, communicate any injuries, conditions, or concerns, and practice within your personal limits. This helps ensure every session is safe, supportive, and effective.
-
To provide a smooth experience for all clients, please notify at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to the session fee.
-
Sessions start at the scheduled time. Arriving late may reduce your session time to respect other clients’ bookings. Missed sessions without notice are considered no-shows and may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Group Classes: For safety and out of consideration for others, late arrivals more than 15 minutes after the start time may not be permitted to join.
-
Single sessions are billed at the rates listed on the Pricing page.
Packages (5 and 10 session packs) are available by inquiry to coordinate scheduling. Payment for packages must be completed prior to the first session in the series.
-
One participant completes booking and payment for the duet; payment covers both participants. Both participants are expected to attend. If one participant cancels late or does not attend, the session will still take place as scheduled and is not eligible for refund.
-
Clients are responsible for providing a safe space to move, along with their own mat and any available props. For virtual sessions, a stable internet connection is recommended.
For at-home sessions, please ensure the space is ready at the scheduled start time.
-
To maintain focus and a calm environment, please silence phones and keep personal items stored away during sessions. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
-
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bare feet or non-slip socks are preferred. For safety, please keep jewelry to a minimum.
Feel free to bring a water bottle with a secure top and small towel for comfort and personal care.
-
All in-studio sessions use a studio-provided mat. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you’d like. Other studio-provided props and equipment may be incorporated during sessions.
Virtual and at-home sessions use the client’s own mat and any props or equipment they have available.
-
Clients who are pregnant or recently postpartum are encouraged to reach out prior to booking, so sessions can be adapted with care and appropriate modifications to support safety and comfort.
-
Hands-on cues or adjustments may be offered during sessions to support alignment and technique. All hands-on work is provided with client consent. You are always welcome to opt out at any time.
-
Pilates sessions involve physical movement and personal awareness. Clients should communicate any injuries, conditions, or preferences at any time. Participation requires completion of a waiver and intake form prior to the first session.
