In Studio: Sessions take place in the Boerum Hill neighborhood in Brooklyn and Midtown Manhattan. Studios are fully equipped.
At home: Private instruction held in your own space or building gym is available in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Other locations available upon request.
Virtual: Live online sessions you can practice anywhere. All you need is a mat, laptop or phone.
