My approach is calm and intentional, meeting you where you are and focusing on movement that carries into your everyday life, whether that’s long hours at your desk, carrying groceries, or navigating your day with more awareness and support.
Together, we’ll work at your pace to build awareness, gentle strength, and a stronger connection to how your body moves over time.
