About Me
Calm. Attentive. Supportive. Lifelong Learner.
My Story
I discovered Pilates after a decade in a fast-paced corporate career. I was drawn to the way mat practice harmonized mind and body, built functional strength, and created a space for focus, awareness, and balance amidst a busy schedule. Inspired by these benefits, I’m pursuing my Pilates certification to share this practice in an inclusive and welcoming way.
I’ve completed Balanced Body Pilates mat and reformer coursework, and I’m actively gaining observation, self-practice, and teaching hours. Every session I lead reflects what I’m learning: calm, mindful movement designed to meet each person exactly where they are. I love to guide clients in building strength, awareness, and confidence in how they move through daily life, all while learning and growing together.
Pilates became a way to reconnect—to my body, my breath, and myself. Teaching it is a continuation of that practice.
My Approach
I teach Pilates in a way that helps people feel more at home in their bodies. My approach is calm, intentional, and rooted in moving with awareness. I blend classical Pilates foundations with contemporary understanding of how modern bodies move and feel, building confidence and capability one thoughtful rep at a time.
Sessions are paced to meet your needs, with guidance that keeps you connected to your breath and brings more ease into each movement. I support you in feeling steadier, more balanced, and more capable in the everyday moments that matter: lifting something overhead, carrying groceries, picking up a child, reaching, twisting, or simply moving through your day with more comfort and confidence in how you move.
I welcome people of all backgrounds and identities, and I meet every client exactly where they are. My goal is to create a space where movement feels supportive, accessible, and genuinely helpful for the way you live.
